Facilities
On the part of Nursing Course, No doubt Clinical training
experience forms the back bone of the nursing programme. It
will provide opportunities for the nursing students to meet
their educational objectives effectively and simultaneously
to gain competent nursing clinical skills. Our Nursing
students are offered practical training in Civil Hospital -
Raikot, Malerkotla, Jagraon, Barnala, Mata Koushalya
Hospital Patiala, Vidya sagar Mental Hospital Amritsar,
Mediway Ludhiana and community health centre at Sudhar. The
students during the clinical training are exposed to
different areas of medical, surgical, pediatrics, eye, ENT,
maternity, Gynaec and orthopedic. This training provides
ample opportunities for student nurses to expose to numerous
patients with wide variety of medical & surgical conditions,
where they can achieve their requisite training and
successful learning experience both in urban & rural
community health centers.
