 Admission Process
  1. Candidate can avail Application form & prospectus (with said fee) directly from the college counter in the regular working days from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm for Diploma and Graduate Nursing courses  admission ( ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing/PB B.Sc Nursing)
  2. Based on the mentioned eligibility criteria the candidate can gain admission to any of the one nursing programme at a time.
  3. Admissions are made purely on the basis of Merit List.
  4. Fill up the application form in English using ballpoint pen (CAPITAL LETTERS only) & duly signed by Parents/Guardian/Candidate.
  5. Ensure that correct permanent and present addresses for contact are mentioned. Ensure PIN codes, telephone numbers, STD codes and mobile numbers are all correct. We will use this information to contact you for your final admission confirmation.
  6. Attach self attested passport sized photographs, photocopies of class 10th and class 10+2 marks cards to this form. If confirmed for admission we will guide you when you need to submit other documents as mentioned in the application form.
  7. Original documents have to be produced during the time of admission and should be deposited in the college for further University/Council verifications.
  8. Fees structure for ANM/GNM/B.Sc (N)/PB B.Sc (N) as per the PNRC Chandigarh & BFUHS Faridkot (Pb).
  9. Admission form can also be downloaded from our website (www.ljmnursinginstitute.com), duly filled up & can be forwarded to the given college address. We will be in touch with you soon.

Note: Criteria for admissions Eligibility & Fees structure is revised from time to time and Admissions are made as per guidelines received from PNRC Chandigarh, BFUHS Faridkot & INC New Delhi
